"Good stuff, but the stock was literally hit or miss"
They had some good items, but most of what I wanted was literally unavailable. Kind of disappointing because I would’ve bought more if the stock had been better

"Jacket arrived in awful packaging"
The box showed up thin, half open, and looked like it had been through a lot before it even got to me. My jacket was just shoved inside with no extra protection at all, so it arrived battered and not in the condition I expected. I’ve already reached out to customer service because this really isn’t okay, and I’d like it properly addressed.

"Took longer than I’d hoped"
I had to get in touch with e-outdoor about my order, the wait for a reply got a bit frustrating. I kept checking because I just wanted it sorted already. They did eventually get back to me and answered my question, and the person was polite, so it wasn’t a bad experience exactly. I just expected them to be quicker. Overall, it was fine, but nothing special.

"Fine overall, but the updates need work"
My order arrived okay in the end, so I can’t really complain too much, but I do think the communication could be better. After I placed the order, there weren’t many updates, and I had to keep checking myself to figure out what was happening. When they did get back to me, the response was helpful enough, just slower than I’d expect. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but for the money and the wait, clearer delivery updates would make a big difference.

I found what I needed quickly and checkout was straightforward, so no real complaints there. The filters could definitely be clearer though. I’m always a little wary of needing customer service with sites like this, so I was glad I didn’t have to contact anyone

"Quality isn’t worth the price"
The jacket arrived okay, but I’m a bit disappointed. The stitching feels cheap, and one of the zips started catching after just two walks. I also got inconsistent answers when I asked about it, which made the whole thing more frustrating. For the price, I really expected better quality.

"Sizing felt completely off"
I ordered my usual size from e-outdoor, but the fit was nowhere near right. It was really tight around the shoulders, and then the sleeves were weirdly long, so I have no idea what size chart they’re going by.

It was frustrating because I’d checked the measurements before ordering. I ended up having to send it back and deal with the return, instead of just getting the jacket I needed. I probably wouldn’t trust their sizing info again.

I got my jacket without any issues, so no complaints there. The price was okay, but it wasn’t a whole lot cheaper than what I’d seen at other shops. Decent enough overall, just wouldn’t say it was an amazing deal.

"Returns were a Proper hassle"
I ordered from e-outdoor.co.uk and ended up needing to send something back. the whole returns process was way more awkward than it needed to be. There wasn’t much clear info, so I kept having to check what I was supposed to do next, which got annoying fast.

By the time it was finally sorted, I was just fed up with it. Online returns should be simple, especially these days, but this really wasn’t. I probably wouldn’t order from them again if there’s even a small Chance I might need to return something...

I ordered a jacket from e-outdoor. The delivery price was fair. Not ridiculously expensive like some outdoor sites. It arrived quickly too. No complaints from me. I’d definitely use them again.

"Delivery took a little longer than I expected"
The delivery was a bit on the slow side, so I did end up waiting longer than I thought I would. That said, the package eventually arrived just fine, and everything was in good condition when it got here. Not a huge problem overall, just something to keep in mind if you’re hoping to get it quickly.

There really wasn’t much to choose from. I was hoping to find a decent jacket and maybe some boots, but most of the sizes I needed were already gone. The selection also felt a bit outdated, so I ended up leaving without buying anything.

"Exchange was fine, eventually"
I ordered a jacket and, of course, the size wasn’t quite right, so I had to request an exchange. The form was easy enough to fill out, and they did get back to me, just not exactly in a hurry. I ended up having to chase once, which was a fun little bonus task I wasn’t planning on.
The new size did arrive in the end, and to be fair, the jacket itself is good. I just think it would’ve been nice to get updates a bit sooner instead of wondering what was going on. Overall, not terrible, not amazing — just okay.

"Took longer than it should have"
I had an issue with my order getting it sorted took more time than I expected. The replies were a bit slow and I had to follow up myself, which isn’t ideal. I get that things can go wrong, but you’d hope fixing a straightforward order problem would be a bit quicker. It was resolved in the end, but the process could definitely have been smoother.

"Not the Colour I Ordered, but It’ll Do"
I ordered the blue one, but the black one showed up instead. Not ideal, obviously, since you expect to get what you picked. That said, it still works fine and looks decent, so I’m not too upset about it. Just wish the colour had been right.

"Checkout worked, but it made me pause a bit"
Checkout was mostly fine, but on my phone it felt a little clunky. I remember thinking, wait, didn’t I already pick the delivery option? I had to go back once because it didn’t seem to save the first time. Payment went through without any drama though, and the order confirmation came through quickly. So yeah, not a bad experience overall, just one of those things where you’re like, this could definitely be a bit smoother
